Terms of Service

Welcome to Enneagram Atlas ("the Service"), operated by Licensing Unlimited LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using enneagramatlas.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service is — and isn't

Enneagram Atlas is a self-discovery and relationship-insight tool built around the enneagram personality framework. It includes a typing assessment, a reference library, and AI-generated analyses of personality dynamics.

The Service is for personal growth, reflection, and entertainment. It is not a clinical or psychometric instrument, and nothing it produces is medical, psychological, or professional advice. AI-generated analyses are interpretations of a personality framework, not statements of fact about you or anyone else, and they can be wrong. Do not use the Service as a substitute for care from a qualified professional, or to make decisions about hiring, housing, credit, or anyone's eligibility for anything.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.
One person per account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The free plan is free forever. Paid plans (Plus and Pro) bill monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime via Manage billing in your Account tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for — you keep paid features until then, and no further charges occur.
Extra assessments are one-time purchases. Assessment credits don't expire, but they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable once used.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Prices may change; we'll give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects them.

Guest assessments

Paid features let you invite someone to take an assessment via a tokenized link. Invite links expire after 30 days and can be completed once.
When you invite someone, their finished report is attached to your account (to the person card you created). Their individual answers are never shared with you — see the Privacy Policy for exactly how this works.
Only invite people you actually know, and don't misrepresent who the invitation is from.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the Service, or access another person's data.
Don't use automated tools to extract AI analyses at scale, resell the Service, or circumvent plan limits.
Don't use the Service to harass, profile, or make consequential decisions about other people.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content and our rights

You own the information you put into the Service (your profile, the people you save, situations you describe). You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that information to operate the Service — including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate the analyses you request. The Service itself — its design, reference content, assessment methodology, and software — belongs to us.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us — deletion permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
